Bridgetown Comfort Solutions is locally owned and operated by Evan Schmutte. Evan and his family are long time “West Side” residents and have settled in Bridgetown. With his wife, they are raising two kids and two dogs. Their “West Side” roots are deep with Grandparents and Parents still residing in the Bridgetown area.

Evan graduated from Colerain High School and his wife from Mercy High School. They both attended the University of Cincinnati. Evan spent six years in the US Army Reserves which led to two deployments. One to Iraq and another to Afghanistan. After an honorable discharge, Evan spent 10 years learning all aspects of the HVAC business.

The HVAC industry has been changing. Many local companies have been acquired by National Companies and Private Equity Investors. The local ownership and the resulting priorities seem to be changing and that’s why Bridgetown Comfort Solutions was born; to get back to local ownership, local service and local pride.
